Site Inductions
As well as being a mandatory requirement, completing mandatory health and safety site inductions can be a very time consuming process for businesses to conduct.
New arrivals on site must be made aware of all issues relating to their own safety, and that of others, before they can begin work.
In order to ensure the safety of employees, agency personnel and sub-contractors, a method of delivering consistent, cost effective and up-to-date site inductions at the moment of need is required.
Computer based training (CBT) or e-learning can provide the solution, ensuring that training is available at the exact time and place required, preventing delays in personnel starting work.
Most induction modules only take around one hour to complete, and at the conclusion there is a secure, recorded test, which if completed successfully, can print out a certificate if required.
