Many businesses wish to achieve and maintain the Environmental Standard ISO 14001, or equivalents, to show a commitment to the local environment, reduce pollution and ensure the correct disposal of waste.
This requires the entire workforce, and any future employees and contractors to be aware of the importance of these objectives and their own responsibilities to ensure that they are continually met.
Thus, there is a need to deliver timely and consistent training to a diverse group of people within a reasonable timescale.
