Corus RD&T has built up a wide range of in-depth knowledge about the numerical and practical assessment of a structure’s mechanical integrity. This can be related to strength, stiffness, stability, fatigue and temperature.

These approaches to structural analyses can be applied to any stage of product design. The products differ from purely steel or aluminium to composite structures. Virtual benchmark studies are often performed early on to decide whether the project goes ahead, thus reducing capital risk.

In the area of simulation, we offer several kinds of FEA software. For verification or practical testing, a wide range of facilities are also available, ranging from heavy SMG bench to EMR fatigue testers.
