![]() Correct mould oscillation is critiacal for the production of high quality steel slabs. We can supply equipment and training to enable caster operators to check and verify correct oscillation. In adition, our engineers can conduct oscillation checks on site. | |||||

The Clinotec enables operators and maintenacne crews to check the angle of the mold end plate i.e. take a precise measurement of the vertical angle at which the mould plates are positioned. | |||||

This is a low grease consumption bearing system which has been specifically designed for use with continuous caster rolls. | |||||

Large amounts of residual heat are contained within the strands of continuous casting machines. Using a patented Corus Process Engineering technology, heat may be captured and used to create steam which can be re-injected into the local steam mains or used directly to create electricity. | |||||
