Refurbishment programmes of work have been completed on a variety of specific sub-assemblies utilised within the cement production process

Kiln support rollers

Corus have carried out numerous repairs on kiln support rollers ranging from the complete manufacture of rollers, through replacement of worn shafts by new manufacture, to shaft and roll face refurbishment by welding and machining.

Kiln thrust rollers

The bearing location, seal bores and outside diameters of the roller are usually refurbished by welding and re-machining.

Raw mill roller assemblies

We have overhauled roller assemblies from all major manufacturers involving dismantling the units at our workshops, and repairing the hub bores and segment-mounting faces.

Hammer mills

Our capabilities and capacity mean we can make new rotors to customer specifications, or by reverse engineering.
