Corus Consulting supplied a package of technical and operational assistance to increase both production levels and quality within the BOS shop at an integrated plant. The continuous casting operations were also studied and a range of performance improvements were identified and subsequently implemented.

Technical assistance and training package, Taiwan
Technical assistance was provided with the start up of a new billet caster at an integrated steelplant in Taiwan. Operator training was also included and involved both on-site assistance and some time working on similar casters in the Netherlands and the UK.
